  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) whole-grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
