Taco burgers enjoyed instant popularity on TikTok, so we wanted to create our own version of this recipe inspired by smash burgers. Press the raw ground beef on tortillas, then fry the tacos in a pan, meat side first. The toppings complete the dish: a slice of melted cheese, a sweet and sour sauce made with mayonnaise, French dressing and ketchup, some lettuce and pickle slices. A fun nod to American-style burgers that’ll put a smile on everyone’s face!
