- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) milk, hot
- 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) unsalted butter, cut into cubes and softened
- 9 oz (250 g) milk chocolate, melted and cooled
