  • 4 radishes, chopped
  • ¼ cup (40 g) roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

  1. In a bowl, combine the radishes, pumpkin seeds, Parmesan and basil.
  2. Use this topping as you would a gremolata to garnish braised meat, sandwiches, burgers, labneh or avocado dips, or hummus.
