Ингредиенты

  • 2 oz (60 ml) pisco
  • 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
  • 4 tsp (20 ml) cane syrup
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) egg white (see note)
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes
  • 3 drops Angostura-type bitters

Инструкция

  1. In a cocktail shaker, vigorously mix the pisco, lime juice, cane syrup, egg white and ice cubes for 1 minute.
  2. Strain through a sieve over a very cold lowball whiskey. Add the drops of bitters. Use a toothpick to trace small hearts in the foam, if desired.
