  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) fresh rosemary, chopped

  1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Over medium heat, bring to boil, stirring frequently. Reduce by half over low heat for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the grill to high temperature.
