Ингредиенты

  • 48 small cheese or meat ravioli, cooked al dente (about ¾ lb/340 g)
  • 8 white mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ cup (40 g) dried sausage, diced (such as Genoa salami, Rosette de Lyon)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup (125 ml) crème fraîche
  • 6 oz (170 g) sliced raclette cheese, cut in half

Инструкция

  1. In each raclette cooking pan, place 3 ravioli and 2 mushroom slices. Sprinkle with 1 ½ tsp of the dried sausage and some green onion. Garnish with 1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) of the crème fraîche and a half slice of cheese.
  2. Cook under the raclette heating element until the cheese is golden. Season with pepper
  3. Delicious with our fresh herb and lemon sauce.
