Creamy Ravioli Raclette

- 48 small cheese or meat ravioli, cooked al dente (about ¾ lb/340 g)
- 8 white mushrooms, sliced
- ½ cup (40 g) dried sausage, diced (such as Genoa salami, Rosette de Lyon)
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup (125 ml) crème fraîche
- 6 oz (170 g) sliced raclette cheese, cut in half

- In each raclette cooking pan, place 3 ravioli and 2 mushroom slices. Sprinkle with 1 ½ tsp of the dried sausage and some green onion. Garnish with 1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) of the crème fraîche and a half slice of cheese.
- Cook under the raclette heating element until the cheese is golden. Season with pepper
- Delicious with our fresh herb and lemon sauce.
