Ингредиенты

  • Peels and cores of 2.2 lb (1 kg) apples (about 3 cups/240 g)
  • 4 cups (1 litre) water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice

Инструкция

  1. In a small pot, bring all of the ingredients to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool for 15 minutes. Strain through a sieve. Compost the residue.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely chilled. Serve over ice cubes, if desired.
