Jacqueline’s Poppy Seed Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) prepared mustard
- 1 cup (250 ml) vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) poppy seeds
- 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Serve on a sweet lettuce, like Boston lettuce. Serve the salad with julienned Swiss cheese and bacon lardons.
