  • 1 cup (250 ml) vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) poppy seeds
  • 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Serve on a sweet lettuce, like Boston lettuce. Serve the salad with julienned Swiss cheese and bacon lardons.
