- ¼ cup (40 g) roasted pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

- In a bowl, combine the radishes, pumpkin seeds, Parmesan and basil.
- Use this topping as you would a gremolata to garnish braised meat, sandwiches, burgers, labneh or avocado dips, or hummus.
