- 1 cup (140 g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (55 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) water
- 1/4 cup (55 g) sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (250 ml) plain kefir
- Fruits of your choice: thin slices of plums, wedges of fresh figs, pitted cherries, blackberries, raspberries
- A few small mint or lemon balm leaves

- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and butter. Lightly press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate. Bake for 12 minutes, then let cool on a wire rack.
