Whole-Wheat Pizza Dough

Instructions

    In a bowl, combine water, oil, honey, and yeast. Set aside.

    In a bowl, with a wooden spoon or in a stand mixer using the dough hook, combine flour and salt. Add liquids and stir until it forms a soft ball. Knead dough for about 2 minutes on a floured work surface or in stand mixer until smooth.

    Form a ball with dough and place it in a clean and lightly oiled bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm and humid place for about 1 hour or until dough has doubled in volume.

    Use dough immediately or cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 12 hours or freeze.
