Ingredients

½ cup (125 ml) labneh, 10% plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
2 tsp garlic scapes, chopped (see note)
¼ tsp Espelette pepper
¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
2 tbsp (30 ml) white wine vinegar
1 tbsp (15 ml) whole-grain mustard
1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
1 tbsp poppy seeds
½ lb (225 g) small white turnips with tops, scrubbed clean (see note)
8 Lebanese cucumbers, halved lengthwise and cut diagonally into pieces ¾ inch (2 cm) long
¼ cup (10 g) purple or green basil leaves
