Place the watermelon cubes on a large plate or small baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour (see note).

In a blender or food processor, purée the watermelon with the lime juice, tequila and Triple Sec until smooth. Pour into a pitcher.

On a small plate, combine the salt and chili powder. Rub the rims of your glasses with a slice of lime. Coat the rims of each glass with the salt mixture. Place a few ice cubes and slices of lime in each glass. Top with the margarita mixture.
