Ингредиенты

  • 4 ice cubes
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) vanilla oat creamer
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) cold espresso coffee
  • 1 very ripe banana, cut into pieces
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) almond butter
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom, plus more for serving

  1. In a personal blender fitted with a grinding blade, purée all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a large glass. Sprinkle with cardamom, if desired. Serve immediately.
