Ингредиенты

  • 3 cups (750 ml) 5% Greek yogurt, cold
  • 1/2 cup (105 g) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) corn syrup
  • 1 vanilla bean, scraped seeds only

Инструкция

  1. In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes or until the frozen yogurt has set.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 5 hours or until firm. Let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for several minutes before serving, if needed.
