1 ripe avocado

1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) wasabi, or to taste
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
1 tsp (5 ml) olive oil, plus more for serving
1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) wasabi, or to taste
1 lb (454 g) very fresh bluefin tuna, finely chopped with a knife
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds and/or black sesame seeds
1/2 lime, zest finely grated
1/2 cup (15 g) baby arugula
4 long baguette slices, toasted
