Tofu Shish Taouk Plate

In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, allspice, oregano, salt and cornstarch. Add the tofu. Season with pepper. Mix well with a spatula to coat the tofu with the sauce.

In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, brown half of the tofu at a time in 1 tbsp (15 ml) of the oil for 2 minutes, without stirring. Continue cooking while stirring just until the tofu is browned on all sides.

Serve the tofu at the centre of the table with the toppings of your choice.
