3/4 lb (375 g) wide rice noodles
2 tablespoons (30 ml) peanut butter
2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
2 tablespoons (30 ml) fish sauce (nuoc mam)
2 tablespoons (30 ml) oyster sauce
2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice (1 lime)
1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
2 carrots, julienned
1 cup (250 ml) snow peas, trimmed and cut diagonally in half
1 red bell pepper, julienned
3 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons (30 ml) toasted sesame oil
4 cups (1 litre) shredded napa cabbage
1/2 cup (125 ml) roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
