Instructions

    In a bowl, place the bulgur and cover with hot water. Soak for 30 minutes. Drain. Set aside.

    In a salad bowl, combine the bulgur with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Let rest for 2 hours before serving, if possible.
