  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) concentrated orange juice, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 30 ml (2 tablespons) honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) sambal oelek, or to taste
  • 1 1/2 lb (675 g) skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) peanut oil
  • 1 onion, cut into eight wedges
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into squares
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
