Sweet and Sour Pepper Sauce

   In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth.

   Transfer to a small pot and, over medium-high heat, bring the mixture to a boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Transfer the sauce to a bowl. Let cool.
