    In a bowl, combine the flour and salt.

    In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.

    Make a well in the centre of the flour and pour in the liquids. Blend gently with a knife. Shape into a ball with your hands. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.

    Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Line an 8-inch (20-cm) pie plate and add the desired filling.
