Strawberries Stuffed with Cream Cheese and Nuts

   In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, nuts, pepper and Tabasco sauce.

   Place strawberries on a work surface, tail side down. Make a crisscross cut down the berry, without cutting through. With a pastry bag, stuff the strawberry with the cream cheese mixture in the centre of the fruit.
