    In a saucepan, bring 250 ml (1 cup) of the milk to a boil. Add the white chocolate and simmer over low heat until it is completely melted. Take off the heat, add the remaining milk and mix well. Pour the chocolate milk into a pitcher. Refrigerate for 6 hours for until completely chilled.

    Pour the chilled milk through a sieve over a bowl. Add the food colouring and mix thoroughly. Pour the chocolate milk into a jug to serve.
