Spiced Pork Tenderloin with Spinach Coleslaw

   In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the pork. Set aside 2 tsp of the spice mix for the coleslaw.

   Place the pork tenderloins on a large plate and rub with the remaining spice mix.
