Ингредиенты

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups (400 g) parboiled rice
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 cups (750 ml) water

  1. In a pot over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the rice and chili powder. Cook for 1 minute while stirring. Add the water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
