Snow White Martini

   If fresh, peel the lychee, if canned, drain. Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

   In a shaker, pour the vodka, ice cider and crushed ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass. Add the frozen lychee to create a snowball effect.
