Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Mustard Sauce

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the pork chops in the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a slow cooker.

In the same skillet, brown the onions in the leftover pork cooking fat. Sprinkle with the flour and mix well. Add the broth and mustard. Bring to a boil while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the pork chops in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on Low for 5 hours.

When ready to serve, add the cream to the sauce. Serve the pork chops and mustard sauce with a green salad or buttered noodles, if desired.
