  • 2 green onions, cut into pieces ½ inch (1 cm) long
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup

  • 1 piece salmon or trout, about 6 oz (170 g), with or without skin
  • 2 bok choy or 4 baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
