1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon (0.5 ml) cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon (15 ml) whole-grain mustard
3 tablespoons (45 ml) fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) grated Gruyère cheese
