Sauce Chien (Dog Sauce)
Ингредиенты
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 Scotch bonnet pepper
- Grated zest of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) boiling water
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil

- In a bowl, combine the onions, parsley, garlic, Scotch bonnet, lime zest and salt. Add the boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add the lime juice and oil. Blend well.
