Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) coarsely chopped cashews
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) whisky
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 4 slices fresh pineapple about 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick

  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine 60 ml (1/4 cup) of the brown sugar with the flour, spices and butter. Add the nuts. Set aside.
  3. In an ovenproof non-stick skillet over medium-high heat melt the remaining 125 ml (1/2 cup) brown sugar with the whisky and vanilla extract. Add the pineapple slices and brown for about 2 minutes per side. Remove from the heat and top with the nut mixture. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
  4. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
