Ингредиенты

  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 6 red plums, pitted and thinly sliced

Инструкция

  1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the honey, water, sugar and rosemary to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Remove and discard the rosemary.
  3. In a bowl, combine the plums and the hot syrup. Cover and let marinate 15 minutes or more before serving.
