Red Plum Salad with Honey and Rosemary

    In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the honey, water, sugar and rosemary to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.

    Remove and discard the rosemary.

    In a bowl, combine the plums and the hot syrup. Cover and let marinate 15 minutes or more before serving.
