Puffed Rice Granola
This granola made with oats, puffed rice cereal and other treats are great on top of yogurt or as a snack.
Instructions

With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Add the syrup and oil. Mix well. Spread out on the baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Let cool completely.

Add the toppings of your choice. The granola will keep for 1 month in an airtight container at room temperature.
