    In a small saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes or until prunes have absorbed almost all the liquid. Let completely cool.

    Serve at room temperature or cold to accompany a cheese plate. Keeps for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
