  • 1 cup (250 ml) pitted prunes
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sugar
  • 1 star anise

Инструкция

  1. In a small saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes or until prunes have absorbed almost all the liquid. Let completely cool.
  2. Serve at room temperature or cold to accompany a cheese plate. Keeps for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
