With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven’s broiler. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the pretzels in a large bowl. Brush the fish fillets with the mayonnaise and press each side into the pretzels to coat well. Season with pepper.

Place the fillets on the baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
