Ингредиенты

  • 6 tbsp (90 ml) Ruby or very young Tawny port wine (see note)
  • 1 large orange zest, removed with a peeler
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh orange juice
  • Ice cubes

Инструкция

  1. In a wine glass or a highball glass filled three-quarter with ice, add all the ingredients. Stir gently with a spoon.
  2. Serve with Bacon, Date and Blue Cheese Cup.
