In a glass dish, mix the apple juice concentrate with the oil and mustard. Add the pork. Season with salt and pepper and coat well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 12 hours.

Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.

Drain the pork tenderloins. Discard the marinade. Lower the grill to medium. Grill the pork for 15 minutes, turning it regularly. Transfer to a plate, cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.

On a work surface, slice the tenderloins. Drizzle with honey. Delicious served with rice salad with apple and red pepper.
