    In a bowl, blend all the stuffing ingredients.

    Place about 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of filling in the centre of each wonton square, moisten the edges of the dough and bring it up all around the filling, so as to obtain a cap shape Dim Sum. The dough should not cover the top of the filling.

    Steam the bites for about 10 minutes.
