½ tsp dry mustard
½ tsp black peppercorns, crushed
½ tsp (2.5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
4 boneless pork chops, each about 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick
2 romaine hearts, halved lengthwise
16 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 ripe avocado, diced
2 radishes, cut into thin rounds
1 shallot, cut into rounds
