Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh pomegranate seeds (1 small pomegranate)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsalted pistachios, toasted and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh chives, chopped

Инструкция

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Use as a garnish on Sesame Wheat Crackers, Parmesan Squash Purée, Lemon and Tarragon Smoked Salmon or Nordic Shrimp and Lime Salad.
