Ингредиенты

  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 5 pita breads, each about 7 inches (18 cm) in diameter

  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) (see note). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oil and spices. Set aside.
  3. On a work surface, using a chef’s knife or scissors, cut each pita into 8 triangles.
  4. Add the pita to the bowl of spices and toss to coat well. Spread the pita out on the baking sheet, letting the triangles overlap slightly.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes, flipping the pita over halfway through cooking, until nicely browned.
  6. Serve with Cheesy Avocado Dip or hummus.
