Ингредиенты

  • 2 cups (500 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
  • 6 tablespoons (90 ml) water (approximately)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) dry mashed potatoes (no milk)
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) cottage cheese, rinsed and drained
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 large shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) butter

Инструкция

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the centre. Pour the water, egg and oil into the well. Blend with a fork or your hands.
  2. Place the dough on a flat surface and knead until smooth. Shape into a disc. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
