- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) white vinegar
- 4 egg whites, at room temperature
- 1 cup (250 ml) sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) sugar
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) lemon curd or more to taste
