   Place the ice cubes in a chilled lowball whisky glass. Add the grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice and grapefruit syrup. Add a pinch of fleur de sel. Stir. Top off with the soft drink.

   If desired, garnish the glass with a thin grapefruit wedge, the tip dipped in fleur de sel.
