Ингредиенты

  • 4 oz (115 g) white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup (250 ml) 35% whipping cream
  • ¾ cup (115 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup (70 g) sugar
  • 1 orange, zest finely grated
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) canola oil
  • ½ cup (125 ml) buttermilk (see note)
  • 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried rose buds, leaves separated

  1. Place the chocolate in a bowl.
  2. In a small pot, bring the cream to a boil. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let sit for 1 minute without stirring. Whisk until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely chilled.
