In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the sausage meat in the oil, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Add the garlic and tomato paste. Continue to cook for 1 minute while stirring.

Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet. Mix well and continue to cook until the spinach is wilted.

Add the beans and cream to the skillet. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Add the basil. Adjust the seasoning.
