Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) fresh red chilli (cherry or other), finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) water
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fish sauce (nuoc mam)

Инструкция

  1. In a bowl, combine the pepper, garlic, sugar, lime juice, water and fish sauce. This sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for more than a week.
  2. Serve with Chicken and Lemongrass Skewers.
